“We were greeted as soon as we left the plane. Loren was our host she was extremely patient and went out of her way to make sure we were ok. We had an issue with our luggage and she was held up with for quite some time. We walked out to pick up our rental she escorted us there as well.”

“First off I would like to say that they should change the deception. There was absolutely no transparency about transportation not being provided like stated ! Such a huge inconvenience , that was the main reason for booking along side with vip access after landing . I have used them before , and send my travel clients . I don’t think I will be using them again . Poor communication and lack of service.”
