I have not been contacted for the refund and would like to request it ASAP. - we had no guidance on how to locate the tour pick up, after taking a shuttle to the next terminal we were instructed by the driver to board the shuttle for the Bamboo Beach Club - we sat in the shuttle for over 20 minutes with no guidance from the tour operators on next steps - after 30 min of waiting we were instructed…”
